Urgently Hiring | Fire Fighting BIM Modeler – Dubai, UAE

We are urgently looking for a skilled Fire Fighting BIM Modeler with UAE project experience to join our team immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed Fire Fighting BIM models up to LOD 450
• Prepare coordinated shop drawings and fire fighting layouts
• Perform clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination
• Prepare builders work drawings, sections, and as-built drawings
• Generate BOQs and fire fighting schedules
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and site teams for revisions and updates
• Conduct site visits for measurements and project coordination when required
• Ensure all drawings and models comply with project standards and authority requirements

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 2–6 years of UAE experience as a Fire Fighting BIM Modeler
• Strong knowledge of Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
• Experience in fire fighting systems and BIM coordination
• Knowledge of clash detection and MEP coordination
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Candidates must currently be available in the UAE
