Job Title: Fire Fighting Electrical Engineer

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Fire Fighting Electrical Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in fire protection systems and hands-on experience working on projects within the UAE, particularly Dubai, in compliance with local authority regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, review, and supervise installation of fire fighting and fire alarm electrical systems
• Prepare electrical drawings, load calculations, and technical submittals
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Civil Defence (DCD) regulations and relevant NFPA standards
• Coordinate with MEP teams, consultants, contractors, and authorities
• Conduct site inspections, testing, commissioning, and system troubleshooting
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements
• Support DCD inspections and approvals
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards
• Prepare technical reports and documentation as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fire fighting / fire alarm systems
• Proven experience working in Dubai (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of DCD regulations, NFPA, and UAE fire safety codes
• Experience with fire alarm panels, smoke detectors, FM200, sprinklers, and related systems
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

• Dubai Civil Defence approval or experience handling DCD approvals
• Experience in residential, commercial, or high-rise projects
