Job Description:

Comfort Fire Systems is seeking an experienced Fire Fighting Engineer with strong technical expertise in fire fighting systems and QCDD compliance. The candidate should be capable of handling system works, inspections, documentation, and coordination with Qatar Civil Defence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle fire fighting system activities in line with approved standards and QCDD requirements.
• Carry out inspections, testing, system evaluations, and prepare related reports.
• Prepare and manage QCDD documentation and attend inspections.
• Coordinate with clients and consultants.
• Ensure system compliance during testing and inspection stages.
• Strong knowledge in fire pumps, sprinkler systems, hose reel systems, fire extinguishers, deluge systems, and foam systems.
• Strong knowledge in pre-action systems, FM-200 systems, aerosol fire suppression systems, and clean agent systems.
• Good understanding of NFPA standards, QCDD guidelines, and reporting procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• UPDA/MMUP certification (Trainee or above) preferred.
• Valid QCDD approval – Mandatory.
• Valid Qatar Driving License – Preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years relevant experience in fire fighting systems.
• Must be currently residing in Qatar with valid QID (NOC preferred).
