Fire fighting technician

Job Summary

• Attend to repair, installation and maintenance of mechanical systems related to fire protection systems.
• Conduct inspection and testing of Fire Fighting equipment (Fire Sprinkler, Hose Reel, FM200, Fire Pump and any Fire Fighting & Fire Suppression System) to ensure they are working properly at all times.
• Follow the required procedures and policies while performing the work required from quality plan, environmental compliance and safe work area.
• Daily report to supervisor.

• Provide solution to any mechanical problems or failures in assigned systems for the purpose of identifying equipment and/or systems necessary for proper maintenance.
• Inform personnel regarding procedures and/or status of work orders for the purpose of providing information for making decisions, taking appropriate action and/or complying with health and building regulations.
• Perform any other tasks requested in order to assure the project facility is properly maintained.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

Two year Fire Fighting experience certificate.

Diploma/ITI Certificate holder

Excellent knowledge in installation of Fire Sprinkler, Hose Reel, FM200, Fire Pump and any Fire Fighting & Fire Suppression System.

Valid UAE Driving License (Preferred)

Approved by DCD.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED2,500.00 per month
