Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Fire Fighting Technician with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the installation, testing, maintenance, and repair of fire fighting systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with fire pumps, sprinkler systems, hose reels, hydrants, and other fire protection equipment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, test, commission, and maintain fire fighting systems and equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on fire pumps, sprinkler systems, hydrants, hose reels, valves, and related equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in fire fighting systems.
• Conduct routine inspections and testing to ensure systems are fully operational.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, layouts, and specifications.
• Ensure all work complies with local fire safety regulations, codes, and standards.
• Prepare maintenance reports, inspection records, and service documentation.
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and clients to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Fire Fighting Technician.
• Strong knowledge of fire fighting systems and equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues related to fire protection systems.
• Familiarity with fire safety regulations and industry standards.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure when necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

• Valid driving license (preferred and considered an advantage).
• Technical certification or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.
• Experience with various fire protection system brands and equipment.
