The part-time Fire Lieutenant is a command position responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational readiness for the Fire Department. The Lieutenant oversees the daily activities of both fire stations and emergency response. This role balances administrative duties, such as personnel management, and policy implementation with field operations, serving as the Incident Commander on fire, medical, and hazardous material emergencies.
