1. Administrative Staff

Roles:Project Coordinators / Document Controllers / Procurement.Requirements: Experience in construction or MEP administration; organized and fluent in MS Office.

2. Engineers (Mechanical & Electrical)

Roles: Firefighting Engineers (Mechanical) & Fire Alarm/Lighting Engineers (Electrical).

Requirements: Engineering degree, AutoCAD proficiency, and strong knowledge of NFPA/local civil defense codes.

3. Skilled Technicians & Labor

Roles: Pipe Fitters (Mechanical) & Electrical Technicians.

Requirements: Hands-on experience installing pipelines, pumps, alarm panels, and emergency lighting. Ability to read drawings is essential.

4. Drivers & Logistics

Roles: Light & Heavy Vehicle Drivers.

Requirements: Valid local driving license, clean driving record, and knowledge of site delivery routes.
