Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Fire Protection Engineer (FPE) to support the design, coordination, and execution of fire sprinkler systems across a variety of commercial and residential projects. This role works closely with designers, BIM coordinators, contractors, and project managers to ensure code-compliant, constructible designs.

Key Responsibilities
- Engineer and review fire sprinkler system designs in compliance with NFPA standards and local codes
- Provide technical oversight and direction to sprinkler designers
- Perform BIM coordination and clash detection with other trades
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners throughout project lifecycle
- Support submittals, permitting, and AHJ reviews
- Provide field support as needed to resolve design-related issues

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Fire Protection Engineering or related engineering discipline
- Strong knowledge of NFPA codes and fire sprinkler system design
- Proven experience with BIM coordination
- Hands-on experience with AutoSPRINK
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications
- PE license or ability to obtain licensure
- Experience working with multi-trade coordination models
- Familiarity with commercial construction environments
