Fire Protection Territory Manager / Inspector

This position is ideal for someone with experience in fire sprinkler inspections, service sales, customer relationship management, and business development. The right candidate will be responsible for maintaining existing customer relationships, performing inspections, identifying deficiencies, generating repair proposals, and growing market share through new business development.

Certification is preferred, but we are willing to train and certify the right individual who demonstrates professionalism, initiative, and a strong desire to build a career in the fire protection industry.

Position ResponsibilitiesCustomer Relationship Management

  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing fire protection customers
  • Schedule and coordinate annual inspections
  • Conduct customer site visits and provide recommendations
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Inspections & Compliance

  • Perform annual fire sprinkler inspections in accordance with NFPA 25
  • Conduct visual inspections of wet pipe sprinkler systems, risers, valves, backflows, standpipes, and related equipment
  • Complete inspection reports accurately and professionally
  • Identify deficiencies and recommend corrective actions
  • Coordinate required testing and maintenance services

Sales & Business Development

  • Prospect and develop new commercial accounts
  • Generate repair proposals and service agreements
  • Promote inspection, testing, maintenance, and repair services
  • Build relationships with property managers, contractors, facility managers, schools, municipalities, and business owners
  • Increase company market share within assigned territory

Administrative Duties

  • Maintain accurate inspection records
  • Submit reports and proposals promptly
  • Track sales activities and customer follow-ups
  • Participate in team meetings and training

Preferred QualificationsExperience

  • Fire sprinkler inspection experience preferred
  • Fire protection service sales experience preferred
  • Commercial facilities maintenance experience considered
  • Construction, plumbing, HVAC, or related trade experience is a plus

Certifications (Preferred but Not Required)

  • NICET Inspection & Testing of Water-Based Systems
  • NFPA Inspection Training
  • Backflow Certification
  • Fire Sprinkler Inspector Certification
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30

Arizona VIP Fire Protection is willing to train and certify the right candidate.

Pay: $53,890.08 - $64,899.88 per year
