Fire-Rated Doors Fabricator

Job Description

We are looking for experienced Fire-Rated Doors Fabricators to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and finishing fire-rated doors in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and international fire safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate steel fire-rated doors according to drawings and specifications
• Cut, assemble, weld, or fix door components accurately
• Install door frames, stiffeners, cores, and hardware preparations
• Ensure doors meet fire-rating requirements
• Use fabrication tools and machinery safely and efficiently
• Maintain quality standards and minimize material waste
• Coordinate with supervisors and quality inspectors
• Follow safety rules and factory procedures at all times

Requirements

• Proven experience in fire-rated doors fabrication (mandatory)
• Knowledge of fire-rating standards and door construction methods
• Ability to read shop drawings and technical details
• Experience with steel or wooden doors (or both)
• Skilled in using fabrication tools and machines
• Attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
