Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the needs of our organization. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding new employees.

Duties

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of each position.
• Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress in the recruitment database.
• Provide timely feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Assist in developing recruitment strategies to enhance employer branding and attract diverse talent.
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings as part of the hiring process.
• Support new hires during the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition into the company.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruiting or human resources is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on building relationships.
• Basic life support certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of first aid practices is desirable.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during recruitment events or activities.
• Mechanical knowledge is beneficial for understanding technical roles within the organization.
• CPR certification is advantageous but not required.
• Familiarity with vital signs monitoring may be beneficial for specific roles within healthcare recruiting.
• A valid commercial driving license may be required for certain positions.
