Fire Safety Sales Executive

Role Objective

Affordable Group is seeking a high-energy, results-driven Fire Safety Sales Executive to expand our market presence. You will be responsible for selling fire protection systems, maintenance contracts (AMC), and firefighting equipment to new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation and cold calling.
  • Promote Fire Alarm, Firefighting, and Suppression Systems to contractors, consultants, and facility managers.
  • Negotiate and close Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for fire safety systems.
  • Conduct site surveys and coordinate with the technical team to prepare competitive quotations.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and property owners.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: Proven track record in Fire Safety or MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) sales within the UAE.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of UAE Fire & Life Safety Code and Civil Defence requirements.
  • License: A valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering.
