ABOUT US
Versatile Group is an integrated construction, development, and deign group operating across Australia and the UAE. Our Proveda Engineering Services is a specialist Hydraulic and Fire engineering consultancy, delivering high-quality design solutions across large-scale residential, mixed-use, commercial, and mission-critical projects throughout Australia.
We are expanding our Dubai-based BIM delivery team to strengthen our technical support capability for projects across Australia. This is a long-term role within a growing international consultancy, offering a structured BIM environment and a clear pathway toward senior coordination responsibility.
THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Fire Services BIM Modeller with strong Revit MEP capability and proven hands-on fire systems modelling experience. Based in Dubai, you will work closely with our Australian-based Hydraulic and Fire Engineers to deliver detailed, coordinated BIM models for major Australian developments.
This is a technically demanding role requiring independence, accuracy, and discipline. You will be responsible for end-to-end fire services modelling, documentation, and BIM coordination — operating as a core member of a remote delivery team aligned to Australian project workflows.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
-
Develop detailed Fire Services BIM models in Revit MEP across all project stages — DA, CC, IFC, and construction issue
-
Model core fire protection systems including: sprinkler systems (wet and dry), hydrant and hose reel systems, pump rooms and booster assemblies, fire tanks, riser layouts, and plant rooms
-
Conduct clash detection and BIM coordination using Navisworks and/or Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM Collaborate
-
Prepare and issue BIM documentation packages to Australian standards and project-specific BIM Execution Plans
-
Maintain BIM standards, naming conventions, and model quality across all deliverables
-
Collaborate closely and proactively with Australia-based Hydraulic and Fire Engineers on design intent, coordination issues, and revision cycles
-
Participate in remote coordination meetings and respond to RFIs and design queries in a timely manner
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
To be considered for this role, you must have:
-
Minimum 4 years' BIM modelling experience in a structured engineering or consultancy environment
-
Strong, hands-on Revit MEP experience — not incidental use, but core to your daily delivery
-
Demonstrated fire services modelling exposure across: sprinklers, hydrant/hose reel systems, pump rooms, tanks, risers, and plant rooms
-
Experience on high-rise and/or large-scale complex projects
-
Proven BIM coordination and clash detection capability using Navisworks and/or ACC / BIM Collaborate
You will also bring:
-
Fluent English — written and spoken — essential for remote collaboration with Australian engineering teams
-
Strong discipline around deadlines, model quality, and BIM protocol compliance
-
Familiarity with Australian fire protection standards (AS 2118, AS 2419) or a demonstrable ability to apply them
-
Ability to work independently within a remote delivery model and manage competing priorities across an active project workload
-
Experience working with international engineering firms or cross-border project teams (highly regarded)
WHY JOIN US
-
Long-term, stable role within a growing international engineering consultancy
-
Exposure to major Australian developments across residential, commercial, and mission-critical sectors
-
A structured, professionally managed BIM environment with clear standards and workflows
-
Genuine pathway toward senior BIM coordination responsibility as the team grows
-
Work within a high-performance remote delivery culture built for precision, not bureaucracy
