Fire Sprinkler Service Technician

Dynamic Fire Protection Systems was established in 2006 and is a growing family-owned business. Specializing in Installing & servicing of automatic fire sprinkler systems; we focus on commercial, medical, multi-family and residential projects. We are looking for experienced candidates that can grow professionally with our company and provide them opportunity for advancement as the company grows and expands.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect, install, test, and service fire sprinkler systems including piping, fittings, and valves to ensure code compliance and operational readiness.
• Read blueprints and schematics, measure and cut components, weld or solder as needed, thread pipe, and assemble systems using hand and power tools.
• Adhere to NFPA fire codes when performing fire system servicing
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs; prepare reports and ensure proper equipment functionality.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 5 years trade experience required with thorough knowledge of NFPA guidelines.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems out in the field.
• CSA and/or Registered with the State of Colorado preferred.
• Certified Backflow Inspector license a plus, but not required.
• Excellent communication skills with contractors, co-workers and administrators.
• Basic employee and project management skills.
• Must be a team player and work with our clients and companies best interest in mind.
• Must demonstrate the abilities to read plans/blueprints, adhere to stringent field safety guidelines, accommodate clients needs and work through day-to-day challenges.
• Possess a driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Pass a drug screening and background check.
