Fire System Coordinator – Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm - UAE Construction

We are seeking a detail-oriented Fire System Coordinator to support the execution of fire fighting and fire alarm projects by managing site coordination, documentation, material follow-ups, supplier communication, and authority submissions. The role ensures installations, inspections, and testing progress in line with approved drawings, project specifications, and UAE authority requirements, supporting timely project delivery and handover.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate documentation, drawings, and material submittals for fire system projects
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, procurement, and site teams for approvals, deliveries, and records
  • Support authority portal submissions, project documentation, and labour deployment planning
  • Track purchase orders, payments, invoices, and supplier documentation
  • Ensure project coordination aligns with client program, schedule, and cost control
  • Maintain communication across engineering, subcontractors, and stakeholders to support execution and handover readiness Coordinator - Fire Division

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
  • 5+ years’ experience, including construction/MEP/fire system coordination exposure
  • UAE/GCC experience and involvement in industrial, fit-out, or design-build projects preferred
  • Knowledge of fire system drawings, documentation control, and procurement coordination
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, and basic AutoCAD
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
