Part-Time qualified candidates must be available to work Saturday or Sunday 11am-7pm. Sundays preferred. Full-Time qualified candidates must be available to work Tuesday 10:30am-7pm, Wednesday 8am-4:30, Thursday 8am-4pm, Friday 8am-4:30pm and Saturday 10:30am-7pm.

CASHIER

This role is vital in supporting our mission to serve outdoor enthusiasts by delivering exceptional customer service and expert product knowledge. Must have experience with a POS and retail sales.

FUDGE COUNTER ASSOCIATE

The Fudge Counter Associate plays an important role in creating a welcoming and memorable customer experience at Kittery Trading Post. This position is responsible for preparing and serving fresh fudge, roasting nuts, brewing coffee, bagging candy and fudge, and providing outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, takes pride in food preparation, and thrives in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualified candidates must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 10:00 AM–6:00 PM

WAREHOUSE PROCESSOR

Part-Time (Year-round)

On a daily basis warehouse associate do the following: processes, price changes, stocks, condenses, pulls and computer locate merchandise for sale in a timely manner with an accurate attention to detail. This position, warehouse associate, works at the companies offsite warehouse in Dover, NH.

Qualified candidates must be available to work at least one weekend day and two-four additional weekday shifts between the hours of 6:30am-4pm or 8am-4pm.

GREETER

Part-Time (Year-round)

The associate will provide quality service to our customers. Duties include (but are not limited to): customer counter, customer service, giving direction, and answering general questions. A greeter must be upbeat, engaging, and a person who enjoys both meeting and assisting our customers.

Qualified candidates should have availability to work a flexible schedule inclusive of days, nights and weekends per business needs - Friday and/or Sunday availability is a must.

LOSS PREVENTION/ASSET ASSOCIATE

Part Time (Year round)

The Loss Prevention (LP) Associate protects company assets, prevents theft and fraud, and supports a safe shopping and working environment across the store. This role balances retail floor coverage with managing the Employee Loss Prevention Desk, including employee check-in/out, internal supply control, security system monitoring and troubleshooting, and safety inspections.

Qualified candidates must be able to work at least one weekend day.

LOSS PREVENTION MANAGER

Full-Time (Year-round)

The Loss Prevention Manager is responsible for protecting company assets, reducing shrink, and leading a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for customers and associates across the Kittery Trading Post campus. This leader oversees the Loss Prevention team, the store greeter function, and key elements of facility safety partnership, ensuring strong execution of theft prevention, investigations, access control, emergency preparedness, and front-door customer engagement. This role combines people leadership, operational discipline, safety awareness, and cross-functional collaboration. The Loss Prevention Manager partners closely with Retail Leadership, HR, Facilities, Warehouse, and Finance to proactively reduce risk, strengthen internal controls, improve safety processes, and support an exceptional customer and employee experience.

Qualified candidates must be able to work either Saturday or Sunday and until 7pm one weekday.

MAIN FLOOR RETAIL MANAGER

Full-Time (Year-round)

The Main Floor Retail Manager oversees the sales and operations of the Men’s, Women’s, Workwear and Men’s Accessories, Children’s and Gifts department merchandise. The incumbent is responsible for driving sales, managing staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the department runs efficiently.
