Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Firearms Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with firearms products and services. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will help ensure a positive experience for clients, providing expert support via phone, email, and chat. Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding firearm products, orders, and technical issues through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide detailed product information, troubleshooting guidance, and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Process orders accurately using data entry systems while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Assist customers with returns, exchanges, and warranty claims in accordance with company policies.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and transactions for analysis and quality assurance purposes.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to relay customer feedback and improve service delivery.

Requirements

  • Multilingual skills are highly desirable; fluency in English is required, with additional language capabilities considered a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer support or client services within a call center or sales environment.
  • Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and general computer skills for data entry and record keeping.
  • Experience with outbound calling, analysis of customer data, and handling cash or transactions is preferred.
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining professionalism.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
