Firearms Sales Specialist

The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Firearms Sales Specialist to grow revenue, expand dealer partnerships, and deliver exceptional customer service across our commercial product lines. This role is responsible for developing new business, supporting existing accounts, and driving sell-through of firearms, suppressors, and accessories through distributors, dealers, and direct-to-consumer channels.

What You’ll Do

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify, prospect, and onboard new dealers, distributors, and key accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with firearm retailers and industry partners.
  • Execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
  • Drive product sell-in and sell-through through promotions, stocking programs, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, range days, and industry events.

Customer Service & Account Support

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for dealers and consumers.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding product specifications, availability, pricing, compliance, and warranties.
  • Resolve escalated customer service issues quickly and professionally.
  • Provide technical guidance on firearms and accessories to ensure customer confidence and satisfaction.

Channel & Operational Support

  • Support online marketplace sales, including GunBroker and eCommerce platforms.
  • Coordinate with marketing on promotions, product launches, and advertising initiatives.
  • Work closely with finance and fulfillment to ensure accurate order processing, payment resolution, and timely shipping.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM/ERP systems and track sales performance metrics.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist accounts with replenishment planning.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development (firearms industry preferred).
  • Strong understanding of distributor, dealer, and manufacturer relationships.
  • Knowledge of firearms, NFA items, and related compliance requirements is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Customer-first mindset with the ability to resolve issues and build long-term loyalty.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support sales growth and industry engagement.
