Firmware Engineer

MikroStarTech is looking for candidates who can develop bespoke electronics and firmware solutions for low-power wireless sensor applications. We need a passionate engineer with a broad knowledge of embedded systems ranging from low level control of sensors to use of Bluetooth Low Energy communications including custom profile development with data compression and security. You will be responsible for the design of a robust software architecture based on a real time system to ensure high reliability in critical device. You'll face optimization challenges related to memory, power and computational requirements.

Bachelors or Masters in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related.

Skills required:

• Strong Knowledge of C/C++
• Experience with RTOS based Embedded Software
• Experience with Wireless sensors/Radios
• Experience with BLE and Wi-Fi.
• Understand embedded testing
• Demonstrate critical thinking
• Be able to work independently with minimal or no supervision
• Be able of use GIT and can collaborate with team projects
• Experience with IDE’s such as Keil & IAR etc.
• Strong knowledge of SPI, I2C & UARTs
• Basic knowledge of desktop application development.
• Basic knowledge of Java & Python
• Have an idea of wireless communication protocols.
• Experience with GSM modem and http, tcp & udp concepts.
• Experience with LORAWAN, XBEE,Z-WAVE,BLE -MESH/ WIFI MESH/ZIGBEE mesh.
• Knowledge of MQTT, ESP32, Arduino IDE, MATLAB, I2C communication.

Pay: From Rs60,000.00 per month
