This is a great opportunity to join a new, dynamic and exciting travel company focused on offering the highest levels of customer service. We are looking for candidates that “break the mold” of typical service providers. Candidates must be outgoing, energetic, focused on customer service, and have a “can-do” attitude. Those candidates hired for this position will provide attendant service to business travelers aboard custom designed, luxury, executive motor coaches providing scheduled service between Memphis and Nashville.

POSITION PURPOSE

To provide service, and assistance for safety and comfort to passengers on board our luxury motor coaches.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Provide “over the top” customer service to luxury business travelers

· Greet passengers at departure location

· Assist passengers with luggage stowage

· Seek to ensure the safety and comfort of customers

· Serve light snacks and beverages to passengers

· Fulfill passenger requests to utilize on board amenities

· Manage audio visual systems such as satellite TV and radio

· Restock and prepare vehicles between trips

· Confirm and order passenger ground transportation at destination

· Suggest process improvements to management

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS

· Required 2 years proven experience in hands on, client facing, customer service delivery

· Competent in handling difficult situations, problem solving and complaint resolution

· Able to read and speak English fluently

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Must present a professional image, may not have visible tattoos, facial, multiple or upper ear piercing or extreme hair color or style

· Height and weight must be proportionate such that it does not exceed specific motor coach dimensions (attendant seat, cabin aisle)

· Ability to lift objects weighing up to 35 pounds, such as supplies and carry-on baggage

· Available for alternative work schedules including early mornings and evenings
