First Level Support Technician

About the Role

This is our front line — the first voice and face our clients encounter. You'll handle support requests by phone, walk-in, text, and email, help diagnose real technical problems from operational misunderstandings, and determine whether issues need remote support, a scheduled visit, or an immediate response.

It's equal parts technical and relational. No two days look the same.

What You Bring

  • A real curiosity for technology and a drive toward a career in it
  • Comfort working with Windows and Apple devices at a basic level
  • Some familiarity with Microsoft or Google products (Office 365, Google Workspace, etc.)
  • Strong people skills and genuine patience with non-technical users
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay calm under pressure
  • Customer service or phone experience of any kind is a plus

What to Expect

  • Answer and triage service requests across phone, walk-in, text, and email
  • Work through logical troubleshooting steps to determine next actions
  • Assist with bench repairs, device pickups and drop-offs
  • Learn and adapt to new technologies as they roll out
  • Represent our values in every client interaction

We're not looking for someone who already knows everything. We're looking for someone who genuinely wants to learn, loves people, and is ready to grow into a long-term technology career.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $45.00 per hour
