First Officer

To join us as a First Officer, you will need a minimum of 2,000 hours total flying time. More experienced first officers, with 4,000+ hours, can expect an enhanced salary package.

Role Requirements

• For Airbus, you will need a minimum of 2,000 hours on aircraft >50T Jet (excluding P3, rotary and single/multi-engine piston aircraft)
• For Boeing, you will need a minimum of 2,000 hours on aircraft >20T Jet (excluding P3, rotary and single/multi-engine piston aircraft)
• Minimum 1,000 hours on Boeing or Airbus FBW
• Minimum 150 hours in past 12 months on type
• A valid ICAO ATPL with an unrestricted class one medical certificate issued by the same authority
• ICAO English Level 4 or above
• To qualify for the enhanced package, you must have a minimum of 4,000 hours total flying time on >20T Jet (excluding P3 and rotary). Minimum of 2000 hours on fixed wing, multi-crew commercial jet aircraft with MTOW of >50T Jet. Hold an ELP 5 or higher

Basic Salary & Flying Pay

• AED 26,485 (~USD 7,216) basic salary
• AED 31,840 (~USD 8,676) based on ave. 85 hrs/ month
• AED 536 (~USD 146) for each block hour above monthly target

Accommodation

Company provided accommodation with utilities.

Education Allowance

• Primary: AED 52,250 (~USD 14,225)
• Secondary: AED 79,750 (~USD 21,712)
• Provided for families with up to 3 children aged 4-19 (all numbers are per year/per child and are subject to benefits policy)

Annual Leave

• 42 calendar days
• Confirmed Annual leave ticket for you and your dependents
