Duties

• Greet customers warmly at the front counter and take their orders efficiently using Square POS systems.
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages with precision and flair, ensuring each cup meets quality standards.
• Decorate donuts and other baked goods with creativity and care, maintaining visual appeal and consistency.
• Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and basic retail math.
• Maintain food safety standards by following proper food handling procedures and cleanliness protocols.
• Keep the store area clean, organized, and stocked with supplies to ensure smooth operations during your shift.

Skills

• Proven experience as a barista or in food service, with knowledge of coffee brewing and beverage customization is a plus but not required.
• Familiarity POS systems for efficient order processing.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks swiftly during busy hours.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude that enhances guest experiences.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for cash handling and sales transactions.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques.
