Job Title: First Shift Team Member

Location: 2768 N Maize Rd

Job Summary:

As a First Shift Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and smoothies, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. You will work as part of a team to ensure that our customers receive the highest quality products and service in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

Greet and serve customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Prepare and serve food and smoothies according to our recipes and standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including cleaning equipment, utensils, and workstations.
Stock and maintain inventory levels of supplies and ingredients.
Follow all health and safety procedures, including food handling and storage guidelines.
Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure that all customer orders are fulfilled in a timely and accurate manner.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.

Working Conditions:

This position will work primarily during the first shift. The work environment includes a combination of kitchen and customer service areas, and may involve exposure to heat, cold, and loud noises.
