Position Description: The Fiscal Director is responsible for overseeing fiscal operations, forecasting, and supervising business office employees.
Responsibilities:
- Ensures that all financial activities and operations are carried out in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and laws governing business operations.
- Reviews, maintains, and approves the accounting records and reports.
- Supervises and prepares budgets, financial reports, contract fiscal summaries, 1099 calculations, and transfer accounts documentation and payments.
- Oversees allocation of funds, fiscal utilization planning, and allocations rates and cost distributions.
- Oversees and prepares current, year-to-date, end-of-year, and forecasted financial reports, audit reports, in-house operational records, contract status and planning.
- Facilitates and documents the preparation and completion of financial audits.
- Oversees contract billing and payments, the maintenance of all accounting reports, payroll process, cost allocations, transfer accounts, and leave banks.
- Supervises a team of three.

Qualification Requirements:
- Education/Experience: The Fiscal Director must have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in accounting, business, fiscal management or a related field, and a minimum of five years related experience.
