Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers, offering expert advice on seafood and preparation methods.
• Ensure seafood displays are fresh, attractive, and well-presented.
• Maintain hygiene, health, and safety standards in seafood handling and storage.
• Support promotions and seasonal offers to boost sales.
• Mentor junior staff to maintain service standards.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years’ experience as a Fishmonger or in a seafood retail/wholesale role.
• Fluency in English (knowledge of Asian languages is a strong advantage).
• Strong understanding of seafood varieties popular in Asian cuisines.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle heavy items and work in a fast-paced environment.
