Fishing Operations Coordinator

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fishing Operations Coordinator to oversee daily fishing operations, manage logistics, and support client services. This role requires strong organizational skills, knowledge of fishing practices, and the ability to coordinate between staff, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate fishing operations, schedules, and client bookings.
• Manage equipment inventory, maintenance, and procurement.
• Liaise with suppliers, logistics partners, and regulatory authorities.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar’s fishing and environmental regulations.
• Support guides and staff in delivering safe and enjoyable fishing experiences.
• Prepare operational reports and performance updates for management.
• Assist in organizing fishing events, workshops, and promotional activities.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Fisheries, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in operations coordination, preferably in fishing, outdoor recreation, or hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of fishing practices, equipment, and safety standards.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operations management tools.
• Ability to thrive in dynamic, client-focused environments.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
