Operating from our high-altitude headquarters in the iconic Tornado Tower, you will be the tactical lead for our product lines, ensuring that the best gear reaches the hands of anglers across the GCC.

Your Mission on Deck

• Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the journey of our premium baits and tackle from manufacturing through to the Qatari retail market.
• Inventory Mastery: Manage stock levels with precision, ensuring our warehouse is always prepared for peak fishing seasons (and those weekend runs to the North).
• Technical Liaison: Act as the bridge between our R&D teams and local retailers, explaining the "Subsonic" advantage and the science behind our gear.
• Market Scouting: Stay ahead of the tide by analyzing local fishing trends, from shoreline casting in Al Wakrah to deep-sea ventures off the coast of Doha.
• Distribution Coordination: Streamline logistics to ensure our products are prominently featured and readily available in leading marine and outdoor stores.

What You Bring to the Team

• The Angler’s Soul: You have a genuine passion for fishing and a deep understanding of marine gear and tackle.
• The Logistics Mind: 2+ years of experience in product coordination, retail supply chain, or category management.
• The Communicator: Fluent in English; Arabic is a significant advantage for building relationships with local vendors and fishing communities.
• The Tactician: Strong proficiency in Excel and inventory management software. You make decisions based on data, not just intuition.
• The Resident: Currently based in Qatar with a valid QID and transferable visa/NOC.
