Job Overview

DVN Group is looking for a motivated Fit-Out Business Development Manager to expand our interior fit-out business in Dubai. This role focuses on generating new leads, building client relationships, and supporting the sales process through to project award.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in interior fit-out projects
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
  • Generate leads through networking, market research, and site visits
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and tenders with internal teams
  • Negotiate commercial terms and support contract closure
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and client database
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity
  • Coordinate with estimation and project teams for smooth handover

Requirements

  • Proven experience in fit-out or interior contracting business development
  • Good understanding of the UAE construction and fit-out market
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Proficiency in MS Office

Preferred

  • Existing network of clients or consultants in the UAE
  • Experience with commercial, retail, hospitality, or office fit-out projects
  • UAE driving license
