Job Overview
DVN Group is looking for a motivated Fit-Out Business Development Manager to expand our interior fit-out business in Dubai. This role focuses on generating new leads, building client relationships, and supporting the sales process through to project award.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in interior fit-out projects
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Generate leads through networking, market research, and site visits
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and tenders with internal teams
- Negotiate commercial terms and support contract closure
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and client database
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Coordinate with estimation and project teams for smooth handover
Requirements
- Proven experience in fit-out or interior contracting business development
- Good understanding of the UAE construction and fit-out market
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Proficiency in MS Office
Preferred
- Existing network of clients or consultants in the UAE
- Experience with commercial, retail, hospitality, or office fit-out projects
- UAE driving license
