Urgently hiring Fit-Out Carpenter with Site Experience-Dubai

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and design plans.
• Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials for interior fittings.
• Install fixtures such as doors, windows, cabinets, partitions, and decorative elements.
• Perform finishing work including sanding, staining, and polishing surfaces.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and other tradespeople to ensure project alignment.
• Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring safety and efficiency on-site.
• Adhere to building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in interior fit-out carpentry (typically 2–5 years).
• Proficiency with hand and power tools (e.g., saws, drills, chisels).
• Strong understanding of materials like wood, MDF, gypsum board, and laminates.
• Ability to work from technical drawings and specifications.
• Attention to detail and precision in measurements and finishes.
• Physical stamina and manual dexterity.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Work Environment

• Construction sites, commercial buildings, retail stores, and residential properties.
• May involve working at heights or in confined spaces.
• Often requires flexibility to work overtime or weekends to meet deadlines.
• We need immediate joiner with UAE experience, available for interview in UAE
