FIT-OUT COST CONTROL ENGINEER

We are seeking a highly skilled FIT -OUT Cost Control Engineer with a strong background in Fit-Out projects to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 8 years of proven experience in reputable contracting companies.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to approved budgets
• Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and variance analysis
• Track project expenditures and commitments
• Coordinate with project managers, procurement, and site teams
• Review subcontractor invoices and variation orders
• Support tendering and budgeting activities when required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• Proven experience as a Cost Control Engineer in Fit-Out projects
• Strong knowledge of cost management and financial reporting
• Proficiency in Excel and cost control software
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
