Fit-Out Draftsman – 5-Star Hotel Project

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Fit-Out Draftsman to join a 5-star hotel construction project in Dubai. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and coordinating detailed fit-out shop drawings in line with hotel brand standards, consultant requirements, and site conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and revise fit-out shop drawings including architectural finishes, joinery, and interior details
• Coordinate drawings with MEP, structural, and FF&E layouts
• Develop detailed drawings for walls, ceilings, floors, joinery, and bespoke finishes
• Ensure drawings comply with approved IFC drawings, specifications, and hotel brand standards
• Support material submissions, mock-ups, and site coordination
• Incorporate consultant and site comments in a timely manner
• Maintain proper drawing records and revision control
• Coordinate closely with the project team, site engineers, and subcontractors

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Interior Design
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Fit-Out / Interior Draftsman
• Proven experience in 5-star or luxury hotel projects
• Strong knowledge of fit-out details and construction methods
• Proficient in AutoCAD (Revit experience is an advantage)
• Familiar with UAE construction standards and approval processes
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Able to work under tight deadlines
