Key responsibilities
- Project management: Manage and coordinate all phases of interior fit-out projects, from initiation to completion.
- Site supervision: Supervise on-site teams, subcontractors, and laborers, providing clear instructions and ensuring productivity.
- Design and planning: Review and interpret design drawings and plans, and develop project schedules.
- Quality and compliance: Ensure all work is compliant with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations, and conduct regular site inspections.
- Coordination: Collaborate with architects, designers, clients, and other project stakeholders to resolve challenges.
- Resource and budget management: Manage project budgets and ensure effective resource allocation to maintain cost efficiency.
- Technical expertise: Provide technical advice, perform site surveys, and implement quality control systems.
- Handover and final inspection: Conduct final testing and inspection before the project handover.
Required skills and qualifications
- Experience in managing and executing fit-out projects.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera) and design software (e.g., AutoCAD).
- Knowledge of interior fit-out processes, including MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with various stakeholders.
- Ability to implement and enforce quality and safety standards.
- A relevant engineering degree.
