Fit Out Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Fit-Out Site Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for supervising and managing interior fit-out works at project sites, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of projects. Both fresh graduates and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day site activities related to interior fit-out works.

Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers.

Monitor project progress and prepare daily site reports.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

Manage material deliveries and site requirements.

Conduct site inspections and quality checks.

Resolve technical issues at site.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.

Fresher: Knowledge of fit-out works and strong willingness to learn.

Experienced: 2–5 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out projects preferred.

Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Ability to handle site pressure and meet deadlines.

UAE driving license (preferred).
