Fit-out Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise fit-out works on site, ensuring execution matches approved shop drawings and specifications.
• Prepare and review BOQs, material submittals, method statements, and shop drawings.
• Liaise with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, quality, and safety standards in line with project timelines.
• Assist in tender preparation, cost estimation, and technical proposals.
• Report daily site progress and resolve site issues in coordination with the Project Manager.

Requirements

• Arab nationalities
• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Architectural, or Interior Engineering (or related field).
• 7–10 years of experience in fit-out, interior, or construction projects (Qatar/GCC experience preferred).
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD; familiarity with MS Project and MS Office.
• Understanding of fit-out materials, finishes, MEP coordination, and site execution.
• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Valid QID .
