Night-Shift Fit-Out Engineer (2-Month Contract) — JLT, Dubai

Contract: 2 months (night shift)
Hours: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM, Sun–Thu
Location: JLT, Dubai
Salary: AED 6,500 / month (all-inclusive)

Role

Lead and supervise an office renovation fit-out during night hours—own site coordination, quality, and handover to meet timeline and spec.

• Night-shift site supervision and contractor coordination
• Review/shop drawings; verify measurements and BOQs
• Track progress vs. program; flag risks and fast-track fixes
• Ensure quality, safety, and snag-free delivery
• Daily site reports with photos; maintain logs and checklists

Must-Haves

• 3+ years fit-out engineering experience (office/commercial)
• Strong site execution & subcontractor management
• AutoCAD literacy; can read drawings/MEP layouts
• Solid HSE knowledge; night-shift ready
• Clear communication; can work independently to a tight deadline
