Job Title: Fit-Out Engineer (5–10 Years Experience)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Fit-Out Engineer with 5–10 years of proven expertise in interior fit-out projects. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing site execution, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise all on-site fit-out activities (civil, architectural, MEP coordination).

Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure accuracy and feasibility.

Coordinate with designers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.

Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and local regulations.

Conduct site inspections and quality checks to maintain high workmanship standards.

Resolve technical issues and provide practical site solutions.

Track materials, deliveries, and manpower allocation.

Assist in project planning, scheduling, and cost control.

Liaise with clients and stakeholders for approvals and updates.

Ensure proper documentation (RFIs, shop drawings, as-built drawings).

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

5–10 years of experience in interior fit-out projects (commercial, retail, hospitality, or residential).

Strong knowledge of fit-out processes, materials, and detailing.

Experience in coordinating MEP works within fit-out projects.

Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of other tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) is an advantage.

Good understanding of local authority regulations and approvals.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication and team coordination abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills :

Experience working in fast-track projects.

Knowledge of cost estimation and value engineering.

Familiarity with health & safety standards.

Leadership experience managing site teams.
