Fit-Out Engineer (Retail & F&B Projects)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Fit-Out Engineer to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in retail and F&B interior fit-out, managing site execution, coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring quality, and delivering projects within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day site execution for retail/F&B fit-out projects.

• Review drawings, material specs, and ensure work is done as per approved design/BOQ.

• Coordinate with MEP teams, civil teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.

• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.

• Ensure compliance with Qatar construction standards and HSE guidelines.

• Attend client/consultant meetings and ensure all comments are implemented.

• Manage site manpower, materials, and schedule effectively.

• Ensure project completion with high-quality finishing.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years experience in interior fit-out (retail and F&B essential).

• Bachelors in Civil Engineering/Architecture or related field.

• Strong knowledge of joinery, MEP coordination, and finishing materials.

• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Must be available in Qatar with transferable visa.
