Fit Out Engineer with DM certificate

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer preferably with G+1 DM Steel Contracting Certificate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of the principles of FIT-OUT and civil engineering and be able to apply this knowledge to design, construct, and oversee projects, ensuring compliance with approved drawings. With vast of experience in Commercial Fit-out and residential refurbishments.

• Manage and oversee overall projects ensuring safety and efficiency standards.
• Prepare detailed project schedules, and planning.
• Manage the project team to deliver projects within time and budget constraints.
• Conduct site evaluations to ensure project feasibility and compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate with client and management.
• Review designs and approve technical specifications, and drawings.
• Ensure compliance with relevant local and national engineering codes and regulations.
• Prepare and present engineering reports to CEO
• Identify and resolve any project deviations and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements to improve project outcomes.
