Fit-Out Estimation Engineer

Job Title: Estimation Engineer – Fit-Out

Location: UAE

Experience: Minimum 2 years in fit-out projects

Job Type: Full-time (Immediate Joiner Preferred)

Job Description:

• Prepare cost estimates and bills of quantities (BOQs) for fit-out projects.
• Review drawings, specifications, and scope to provide accurate cost analysis.
• Liaise with design, procurement, and project teams to ensure accurate pricing.
• Monitor and update project budgets and cost reports.
• Assist in tender submissions and pricing proposals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Construction Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in fit-out project estimation in UAE.
• Knowledge of local construction materials, labor rates, and standards.
• Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and cost estimation software.
• Strong analytical, communication, and time-management skills.
• Immediate joiner preferred.
