We are currently seeking an experienced Interior Fit-Out Estimator to join our growing Dubai team.

Role Overview

The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, quantity take-offs, tender submissions, and commercial proposals for interior fit-out and architectural projects across the UAE.

The ideal candidate should have strong UAE fit-out market knowledge and hands-on experience in estimation for commercial and interior finishing projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Review project drawings, BOQs, specifications, and tender documents
• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and project cost estimates
• Analyze material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor pricing
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations
• Prepare tender submissions, cost breakdowns, and commercial proposals
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and design teams
• Monitor UAE market pricing trends and procurement costs
• Maintain estimation databases and historical project records
• Support value engineering and cost optimization initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
• 3–7 years of UAE/GCC experience in interior fit-out estimation
• Strong experience in:
• Partitions and gypsum systems
• Flooring and interior finishes
• Joinery and aluminum works
• MEP coordination
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Excel
• Strong understanding of UAE market pricing and tendering procedures
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills

Preferred

• Experience working with fit-out contractors in Dubai
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Strong knowledge of commercial fit-out projects within the UAE

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
