Fit Out Foreman

IMEP Engineering and Contracting LLC is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Fit Out Foreman to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate must have strong experience in UAE or GCC fit-out projects and be capable of handling site operations independently with minimal supervision. We are seeking a proactive leader and advanced thinker who can make decisions that support the company’s goals and ensure high-quality project results.

Requirements

• Minimum several years of experience as a Fit Out Foreman in UAE or GCC countries
• Strong knowledge in interior fit-out works and site execution
• Ability to manage and supervise workers efficiently
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with teams, subcontractors and management
• Can work independently and make responsible decisions for the success of the project
• Good understanding of site procedures, safety regulations and construction standards
• Experience in airport projects is highly preferred
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to meet project deadlines and maintain quality standards

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily fit-out activities on site
• Coordinate with project engineers, subcontractors and workers
• Ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications and safety standards
• Monitor project progress and solve site issues efficiently
• Maintain proper workflow and productivity on site
• Ensure quality workmanship and timely completion of tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• UAE/GCC driving license is an advantage
• Immediate joiners are preferred

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
