Fit-out foreman & supervisor

We are hiring a Finishing & Renovation Foreman for a contracting and home renovation company in Dubai.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in finishing, fit-out, apartment, and villa renovation works only
• Candidates with civil construction background only will not be considered
• Ability to manage workers and supervise site execution professionally
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple sites simultaneously
• Excellent English communication skills are mandatory
• Strong personality with good control and organization skills on site
• Ability to read drawings and coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors
• Good communication and client handling skills
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
• UAE experience is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Daily supervision and management of site activities
• Coordinating workers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensuring work quality, site organization, and cleanliness
• Reporting site progress and issues to management
• Following up multiple projects as required

Location: Dubai
Salary will be discussed based on experience and qualifications.
