Fit-out Interior Designer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Interior Designer with a minimum of 2 years of UAE professional experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, planning, and executing interior projects, ensuring high standards of creativity, functionality, and quality. This role involves close collaboration with clients, engineers, and contractors to deliver exceptional interior spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative and functional interior design concepts, layouts, and space plans for residential and commercial projects.
• Prepare architectural drawings, 3D models, and renderings using industry-standard software.
• Oversee projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to client requirements and design specifications.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with design standards.
• Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and construction technologies.
• Handle project documentation, including material selection, BOQs, and design presentations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in interior design.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Revit, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of interior design principles, materials, and space planning.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid MOFA attested Degree
