Fit Out Planning Engineer

Vision Interiors is turnkey Fitout company specializing in creating exceptional spaces for commercial, residential, and hospitality clients.We are looking to expand our operations and are seeking an experienced and motivated A Fit Out Planning Engineer in construction creates, updates, and monitors detailed project schedules using software like Primavera P6 or MS Project to ensure timely completion. They analyze progress, identify delays, manage resource allocation, and coordinate with teams to optimize workflows, playing a vital role in project control and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule Development: Create detailed project schedules (Level 1-4) using Primavera P6/MS Project, defining project scope, milestones, and WBS.
• Monitoring & Control: Track day-to-day work progress, comparing actual progress against the baseline schedule.
• Reporting:

Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports, including 3-week look-ahead schedules, to update management and stakeholders

• Delay Analysis: Perform critical path analysis, identify deviations, and recommend recovery plans (e.g., Time Impact Analysis).
• Resource & Material Planning: Coordinate with procurement teams to align material delivery with site requirements.
• Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Office (Excel).
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of construction methods, contracts (FIDIC), and Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Communication: Strong analytical and communication skills for presenting to management.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
