Fit-out Project designer

We are seeking a highly organized and creative Fit-Out Project Designer to manage and coordinate interior fit-out projects from concept through execution. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients, the design team, production team, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements, preferences, budgets, and timelines.
• Collaborate with internal design, production, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and vendors for material selection, quotations, samples, and procurement.
• Conduct site visits, attend meetings, and monitor project progress to ensure design intent is maintained.
• Coordinate approvals, revisions, and material submissions with all stakeholders.
• Support project managers in scheduling, budgeting, and resolving technical issues during execution.
• Maintain strong communication between all departments to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in interior fit-out or project design.
• Strong knowledge of fit-out detailing, materials, and construction methods.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of 3D rendering software is an advantage.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality fit-out projects is preferred.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
