Fit Out Project Manager

Hiring: Fit-out Project Manager – Dubai, UAE

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Fit-out Project Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will oversee end-to-end execution of interior fit-out projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the full project lifecycle from initiation to handover, including planning, execution, monitoring, and close-out.

Develop detailed project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress against timelines.

Review design drawings, shop drawings, and coordinate with consultants, designers, and clients for approvals.

Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications.

Prepare and submit progress reports, method statements, RFIs, and variation orders when required.

Control project costs, track BOQs, and ensure financial efficiency across all activities.

Liaise directly with clients, consultants, and stakeholders, maintaining strong communication and professional relationships.

Lead project meetings, resolve site conflicts, and ensure all works are executed per UAE regulations and company standards.

Ensure timely mobilization and demobilization of resources and prepare handover documentation.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

3-5 years of proven experience in managing interior fit-out projects in the UAE/GCC.

Strong technical knowledge of joinery, MEP coordination, finishes, and authority approvals.

Excellent planning, organizational, and leadership skills.

Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).

Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent).

Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
