Fit-out Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Fit-Out Project Manager to manage, supervise, and deliver multiple interior fit-out projects from start to completion. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge in civil works, interior finishing, and metal mezzanine installations, with proven experience coordinating site activities and working closely with consultants and site engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee multiple fit-out projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Prepare detailed site schedules, manpower plans, and weekly progress reports.
• Coordinate with consultants, site engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure all project requirements are met.
• Supervise civil works, including partitions, flooring, ceilings, and joinery coordination.
• Oversee metal mezzanine structure installations, including steel fabrication, erection, and compliance with structural drawings.
• Manage and control all interior finishing works such as tiling, painting, gypsum, carpentry, and specialty finishes.
• Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and ensure adherence to approved drawings and specifications.
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and local authority standards.
• Provide regular progress updates, highlight risks, and coordinate with management to maintain project timelines.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in fit-out project management.
• Strong technical knowledge in civil works, mezzanine steel structures, and interior finishing.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Strong initiative and ability to independently identify and source the right subcontractors and manpower to complete works efficiently.
• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Proficiency in reading drawings, site documentation, and basic project scheduling tools.

Other Requirements:

• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and take full responsibility for the maintenance team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
