Fit-Out Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager (UAE)

Job Description:
We are expanding our team to support multiple ongoing interior fit-out projects and require a capable, hands-on professional who can take full responsibility for fit-out project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take complete responsibility for interior fit-out projects from start to handover
• Plan, execute, and monitor fit-out works including civil, MEP coordination, and finishes
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Review drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, and daily site activities
• Monitor project schedule, quality, and compliance with approved drawings
• Control variations, measurements, and interim billing
• Ensure timely project completion and proper handover documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Interior Engineering (mandatory)
• Minimum 4–6 years UAE experience in interior fit-out projects (mandatory)
• Strong hands-on experience managing complete fit-out projects independently
• Good knowledge of finishes, joinery, MEP coordination, and authority requirements
• Must be capable of handling full project responsibility with minimal supervision
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office (Primavera knowledge is an advantage)
• Good leadership, coordination, and communication skills
• Ready to join immediately

Salary: As per experience and capability

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
