Fit-Out Quantity Surveyor (QS)

We are urgently seeking for a Quantity Surveyor (QS) those who have Interior Fit out and project experience in Dubai.

As a Quantity Surveyor (QS) in interior fit-out you have to plays a pivotal role in managing the financial and contractual aspects of interior fit out and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Cost Estimation: Preparing detailed budgets and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) based on drawings and specifications.
• Tendering & Procurement: Advising on procurement routes, selecting subcontractors, and managing bid packages.
• Contract Management: Handling contracts (FIDIC, JCT, or bespoke), managing variations, and resolving disputes.
• Project Coordination: Collaborating with designers, engineers, and suppliers to ensure cost-effective execution.
• Financial Reporting: Monitoring costs, preparing monthly reports, and maintaining cost/value reconciliations.

Skills & Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in interior fit-out or joinery projects, especially in the UAE market.
• Strong knowledge of local materials, suppliers, and market rates.
• Proficiency in cost estimation software and spreadsheets.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Auto Cad, Plan Swift Experience

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
